Volunteers Needed for the BBQ Dinner!

October 31, 2008 is our BIG Fundraising BBQ Dinner. We need all band parents to please come out and help. Even if it is just a short time...every little bit helps!

 

Thursday, October 30:

After School - begin putting cookies and bread in baggies. Meet in the band hall. If you would like directions PLEASE call one of the Booster Officers or email dragonbandboosters@yahoo.com.

 

Friday, October 31, 2008:

2:00pm- Cooking Baked Beans in the High School Cafeteria

3:00pm- Assembly lines for preparing the first 1,000 plates

5:00pm- Drive Thru opens - need volunteers to help assemble the plates, taking tickets, taking food from cafeteria to the drive-thru, etc.

7:00pm- Drive Thru closes - clean up.

 

Attention Senior Parents!! This is also SENIOR NIGHT! All senior band parents will be releases from duty as soon as the band is ready to head to the football stadium.
